A380 with AirForce1 scheme
Air Force One是美国总统的座驾,以往都是B747-400,而现在白宫将寻找其的替代者。下面有两大竞争者。你我闭着眼睛也都知道:Airbus and Boeing。空客推出的是AirForceOne A380,而波音是B747-8I。显然380更大,更新,更有气势;而747-8I只是747-400的加强型,对于波音来说,如果次定单被380夺走,美国总统的飞机由欧洲提供,西亚图不只是面子上的问题,它会在未来客机市场上的前景恐怕会遭受影响。

仔细研究了A380目前的客户群,以亚洲和欧洲客户居多。先看亚洲,其实380的最大合同就在亚洲,尤其来自中东:阿联酋两家走高端路线的航空公司Emirates and Ethihad以及QatarAirways;Emirates创记录地订购了46架空中巨无霸,Ethihad加Qatar也有近40架,要知道一架A380就要将近4亿美圆;而在亚太地区,新加坡航空、澳洲航空、马来西亚航空和泰航这些来自得力于全球一体化以及主要以旅游业为主要收入的国家的航空公司当然不遗余力地需要更大、更豪华的飞机来满足他们的市场需求;最后在东亚,只有中国南方和大韩航空宣布订购A380,大韩航空也许是要促进韩国的旅游业,但主要的是在亚洲航空能够拥有到一席之地,并击败来自同国的韩亚(Asiana)。中国南方航空我一直认为他们比较尴尬,南方航空虽然现在已经是亚洲规模最大、世界第五大航空公司,但是他们主营的是国内航线,相比其他中国两大航(国航和东航)他的国际航线要少得多。我认为引进A380可能南航是想把真正的高端航空服务带进中国,可你要知道,在中国引进高端从无非等于自杀,我们有A340、我们有B747,但我们的这些豪华飞机上的配置是Airbus和Boeing上的最基本配置,可能已经无豪华可言,难道豪华的380里面没有豪华的配置及选装?而引进380后的票价肯定贵,选择怎样的航线,选择怎样的消费群体这也是很需要时间去好好思考的。中国国内的航空消费者来看,尤其像在上海,人们最乐意的是寻找打折机票,在相同的航线上货比三家,那380更本就没有竞争力。根据我这样的看法如果南航引进380将会是个烫手的山芋,而现在似乎法国总统尼古拉萨科齐解救了他们,由于前段时期他接见了Dalai Lama,中国宣布终止与空客的大笔合同,我想5架A380及其航材肯定在这其中,因为它实在是够大笔。在亚洲还有印度的KingFisher,这同样是个新兴市场,KingFish引进A380是为了让这个庞大国家的庞大中产阶级告别出行乘火车的尴尬.

在欧洲的局势看起来就很清晰、明朗得多。3+1模式:3大欧洲航空加世界最成功的私有航空公司VirginAtlantic。英国成为阿联酋之后一个国家的两个航空公司拥有A380的国家,而德国LuftHansa和法航这两个来自空客主要生产国的航空公司当然要有他们的定单了.

仔细看一下现在380的客户群,作为首席行销官美国人JohnLeahy似乎还要有很多工作要做,他会发现这上面似乎缺少了一些拥有主要市场的客户。很明显,首先上面没有出现美国航空业者的名字,无论是United(美联航)、Delta&NorthWest(达美和西南)还是American(美国航空).John似乎还没有将A380打开他祖国的市场,虽然空客飞机已经在全球民航业市场占有率已达到50%(更有消息称已接近60%),但美国市场似乎还是Boeing的天下.像西北达美或者其他的小的北美航空业者会购买些A320或330飞机,但大飞机一直是B777和B747的天下.虽然A380是最大的,他的甲板面积要比747大出50%,也更先进、更豪华,但美国三大航至今不鸟空客,也许这就是出了名的美国贸易保护及保守思想的作祟.
你知道的,有些情况下美国的确起了风向标的作用.有些国家似乎也一直在任何事情上跟着美国的步伐.一直财大气粗的日本航空业者同样没有订购A380.一向出手稳、准、狠的日本人这次似乎很小家子器,不过日本两大航空JAL日本航空和ANA全日空都是Boeing机队,只有ANA有个320机队.全波音组更我们确定他们走的是追随美国的路线.难道美国老哥不买我也不买?难道日本人也有自己的飞机(支线飞机),不需要大飞机了?难道日本已经拥有747,且够用了?看来只有他们自己知道了.
P.S:以后在ISPY不光只会在"Aero-Thurseday"里谈到有关飞机的一切,就比如今天这篇.也许受金融危机以及这寒冷的冬天,将会大大减少各项EntertainmentEvents及JoggingAroundtheCity等活动,取代的是更多评论性的文章.

Around China Eastern Airlines



China Eastern's Management Shakeup--by Kenneth Tan From Shanghaiist
China Eastern's chairman Li Fenghua (李丰华) has been replaced by Liu Shaoyong (刘绍勇), chairman of rival China Southern Airlines in what's been described as a "government-orchestrated industry shake-up". There is no news on where Li Fenghua is off to next but we're curious because this was the guy that had earlier bitterly vowed that China Eastern would "never consider Air China as a strategic investor" after Air China blocked Singapore Airline's proposed HK$7 billion bid for a 24% stake in China Eastern. The management shakeup has piqued the interest of the Chinese business press. Some have speculated that Li is moving on to some new position in the State Council but this remains quite unlikely. As an anonymous insider revealed to the Securities Daily 《证券日报》, Li presided over China Eastern's worst performance ever, and bears some responsibility for losses of up to RMB5 billion in fuel-hedging. For that, Li may be sent off to "idle" at some work unit for some time before being "audited and reviewed" for his performance.

China Eastern Set To Get Bigger Aid Package--by Nicolas Lonides From Flightblogger
China Eastern Airlines look set to get more financial aid fromm the Chinese Government.
The case-strapped Shanghai-based carrier announced earlier this month that it was getting a 3 billion yuan(437million dollars) cash injection from the Government through its unlisted state-owned parent company. It said at the time that it would be selling new share to its parent,which would increase its stake to 68.2% from 59.7%.
Since then there have been reports in China that China Eastern may seek more aid and the airline says now in a stock exchange filling that its parent comany"intends to make material adjustments" to the previously announced share purchase plan. Its shares have been suspended from trading on the Shanghai Stock Exchange until 30 December.
State-run meadia reports say China Eastern may get a 6 billion yuan cash insection,or twic as much aid as originally promised.
China Eastern,like most Chinese carriers,has been struggling this year as costs have risen and demand has fallen. It is currently being prepared for a possible merger with smaller Shanghai Airlines.
Shanghai Airlines is also seeking financial aid from the Government. Like China Eastern,China Southern Airlines and Hainan Airlines have been promised aid packages.

Forecast:We will put our eyes on the Airbus 350 and the regional jet in next "Aero-Thurseday".So don't go far away!
